  • We are seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Account Manager to oversee content creation and day-to-day management for a portfolio of client accounts.

This role is highly execution-focused and requires someone who can confidently manage multiple brands while actively contributing to content production. You will own timelines, client communication, and content flow from concept to publish.

Strong short-form video editing and Canva design skills are essential for this role.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

    • Plan and manage monthly content calendars across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and others as needed

    • Create and edit short-form video content including reels, TikToks, and story assets

    • Design branded graphics and social assets using Canva

    • Write captions and develop content concepts that align with brand voice and strategy

    • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and internal team members when additional production is needed

    • Review and finalize content for quality, consistency, and strategic alignment

    • Schedule and publish content using social media management tools

    • Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages when included in scope

    • Track content performance and identify opportunities for optimization

    • Stay current on platform trends, formats, and updates, and apply them strategically to client content

    • Manage timelines, approvals, and deliverables to keep accounts running smoothly

    • Attend content shoots or on-site client visits when required

    • 2+ years of experience in social media or account management, preferably in an agency or multi-brand environment

    • Strong short-form video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar tools)

    • Advanced Canva design skills with a strong visual eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency

    • Experience creating content for Instagram and TikTok with an understanding of what performs on each platform

    • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice across multiple brands

    • Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail

    • Comfortable managing multiple accounts and shifting priorities

    • Confident, professional client communication skills

    • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite and TikTok Analytics

    Bonus but not required:

    • Photography or videography experience

    • Experience with influencer coordination or campaign support

    • Familiarity with paid social campaigns

  • Compensation for this role ranges from $1,800–$2,500 per month, depending on experience, skill level, and portfolio quality.

This is a part-time, output-based role, not an hourly position. While time tracking is not required, the workload is designed to align with clear monthly deliverables and milestones. Success in this role is measured by quality, consistency, and meeting agreed-upon deadlines, not hours logged.

That said, candidates can expect the workload to average approximately 10–14 hours per week, depending on content needs and efficiency.

Scope and compensation may be reviewed if account needs or deliverables change significantly.
